Most websites vet their reviews, that means you can't trust sites that have their own review system.
Whoopie is completely different, simply visit a web page, click on the bookmarklet in your bookmarks bar and you can leave reviews on almost any webpage.
You need a Google, Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn account to use it, this is to keep the reviewers accountable for the reviews they post.
